Brand new PS4 opened last weekend. I have tried everything listed above and on other websites but still cant connect. I have a Xbox One, Xbox 360, and a Wii all in the same location and they connect fine with now issues.

2018/01/22 I didn't download the first link at the top of the page but I downloaded the other one that's 800mb and made a file PS4->UPDATE-> "PS4UPDATE.PUP" and out my PS4 in safe mode and tried initializing PS4 software and it says 2014/11/18 2018/05/29 2016/04/05
